Some items require a Return Authorization (RA) given to you by Pink Ribbon Plus (PRP).

The RA# must be clearly written and labeled 'RA#" on outside of return package.

Lindi Products:
We want you to love your Lindi Skin purchase, so our return policy is simple.  We will accept returns on any online order within 60 days of your purchase for any reason. Simply call (610) 649 3900 or email us (returns@LindiSkin.com) to make arrangement to return the unused portion to us via US Mail or any other shipper.  Upon receipt of the return we will credit 100% of your purchase price. (We reserve the right to deny returns in the case of multiple returns from the same customer).

Alra Products:
We want you to be happy. Return Policy - 100%  30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Alra Care Products are guaranteed for quality and satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Please call or email PRP for return authorization and shipping directions. Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account, less shipping fees.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

American Breast Care Products:
We want you to be happy. You can return items within 30 days your invoice. If the return is over 30 you may exchange the product for another one of equal or greater value. All returns require you to pay shipping on the return, but PRP must provide an RA number.

  • If you need to return an item, please contact PRP for a Return Authorization (RA). Credit processing may be delayed if proper authorization is not included with return. We will issue a refund, provided that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all original labels and tags are attached.
  • Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • When contacting PRP, please have at hand: date of purchase, invoice number, and reason for return. Once approved, a return authorization number will be sent to you to put on the outside of the box to ensure your account is credited properly and promptly.

If you are submitting a defect return, you will need to provide PRP the style number, size, color, what is wrong with the item, when you purchased the item, the invoice number it was on and the most important part---the lot number. The lot number can be found by the barcode on the box, and also on the inside label. This number lets the warehouse know what stock of inventory it came from, so they can check the remaining stock to make sure they aren’t all “defective.”  We will issue a refund, provided that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all original labels and tags are attached. Please let PRP know if you want a replacement shipped out or not. Replacement orders will have free shipping once the product is determined defective by the manufacturer.

Contact Comfort+ Exchange Policy:

Consumer Instructions for Amoena Contact+ breast form:

The Amoena Contact Comfort+ 60-Day Exchange Program allows you to wear the Contact breast form regularly for a minimum of 60 days and, if not satisfied, you may return the breast form within 90 days of your purchase in exchange for a non-attachable Amoena breast form only. Important things to know about your Contact Comfort+ breast form and the Exchange Program:

You must follow simple daily cleaning instructions during the minimum 60-day period.
  • After daily wear, dead skin cells gather on the adhesive surface and without proper cleaning the surface will not adhere as intended.
  • Cleaning instructions can be found in the Instructions for Use booklet found in your breast form box.
  • Watch the Contact breast form video at <link to PRP Contact Page with video>.
  1. Wear the Amoena Contact breast form attached to the chest wall everyday. The more it is worn, the better it adheres.
  2. If after 90 days you are not completely satisfied with your Contact Comfort+ breast form, please contact PRP to process the exchange for a non-attachable Amoena breast form.
  • Product must not be modified or altered specifically but without limitation to attaching or applying any material, object or product that was not manufactured by Amoena.
  • Small punctures in the form caused by scissors, pins, jewelry and pets claws or teeth are also not acceptable and will void the 60-day exchange period and warranty on the form.
  • A requirement of the program is that you complete a Consumer Survey to share your feedback with Amoena for further product development. It must be in the breast form box when returning your Contact breast form, as required by Amoena.

We want you to be happy.  Returns will be allowed within 60 days from date of purchase.
No returns accepted after 60 days.

We will issue a refund, provided that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all original labels and tags are attached.
  • Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • All returns must be prepaid. If the item is defective, or was shipped in error by Trulife, your account will be credited for the return postage or freight.
  • Altered, discontinued, or custom-made items are not returnable.
  • We will issue a refund, provided that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all original labels and tags are attached. Returns must be in restockable condition.
